Your Weight Management Plan

There are some things that might help you in attaining your weight loss goals. Although these are basic and obvious, they are a good start in formulating your long term Weight Management system:

  • Be pragmatic about weight loss and do not talk to people who will be unsupportive of your goals.
  • Make this the last time you every go on a diet!
